Grid Ceiling or Suspension ceiling system promotes complete design flexibility and is installed in an exposed T-Bar metal system or similar lay-in-modular grid-suspended ceiling system.

Grid system ensures the precise and easy installation of ceiling gypsum tiles or any size of 2'x2'. The Grid system is mobile, and thus can be moved to another location if required. 

The following accessories are included in the grid system


  1. Main T or Runner (12 feet in length)

  3. Angle (10 feet in length)
  4. Binding wire

INSTALLATION OF GRID CEILING:

This system is easy to install, and it gives better access to both working and maintenance areas. The complete system consists of a T-Bar metal system.

INSTALLATION STEPS: 

STEPS 1:

Determine the required ceiling level, mark the position and fix the wall Angle on the wall. Screws, stub nails or dry fasteners should be used for installation onto wall angles, depending on the type of wall.

STEPS 2:

The main Tee should be suspended from the overhead structure with gauge 14 galvanized steel wires together with a hanger bracket; the spacing for the main Tee should be 48” or 24” from center to center

STEPS 3:

Cross Tee should be inserted into the Main Tee slot and locked into position using slight forward pressure.
